9. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
In the event of disputes or legal differences arising from the use of the construction calculation or the associated PDF calculation and drawing service, the parties agree to resolve such disputes initially through amicable settlement. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, both parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal action shall be the court in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. The laws of Switzerland shall apply to such disputes.
